What contaminants does Pure Water Co remove?
Our systems are engineered to remove a wide spectrum of contaminants: chlorine, chloramines, sediment, heavy metals like lead and mercury, hard water minerals such as calcium and magnesium, pesticides, herbicides, volatile organic compounds and microplastics. Every system is matched to your utility's published water quality report, so the filtration is targeted rather than generic.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed in 2–3 hours by our certified technicians, and professional installation is included at no extra cost. We handle the plumbing connections, system calibration and a full walkthrough so you know exactly how everything works before we leave.
What is the warranty coverage?
Every system is backed by our lifetime warranty on major components (tanks, valves and control heads) for as long as you own it. On top of that, a 90-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not thrilled with your water, we'll make it right or refund you in full.
Do you need to come out and test my water first?
No. Everything happens on the phone. We look up the published water quality report for your utility and your address, walk you through the hardness and disinfectant numbers, and size the system from that plus a few questions about your household. The first time anyone comes to your house is installation day.
How often do filters need replacement?
It depends on your system and usage, but most filters last 6 to 12 months. We send reminders when a change is due and offer service plans so you never have to track it. Replacement filters are always available at cost to our customers.
