Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you are requesting a quote or scheduling an installation, you represent that you are the homeowner or an authorized decision-maker for the property, or that you have permission from the appropriate party to request service.

2. What the Site Provides

The Site provides information about Pure Water Co products and services, a contact form for requesting consultations and free water tests, and general educational content about water quality. The Site is informational — no sale or binding offer is made by displaying a product, price, or description on the Site.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Installation Agreements

Any quote, estimate, or pricing information presented on the Site or in response to an inquiry is for planning purposes only and is not a binding offer. Final pricing, product selection, installation terms, warranty terms, and any financing options are set out in a separate written installation agreement provided before work begins. That written agreement — not the Site — governs your purchase and installation.

4. Warranty and Service Terms

Warranty coverage for products and installation is described in your installation agreement and the manufacturer documentation for your system. Marketing statements on the Site (for example, references to “lifetime warranty” or certified performance specifications) summarize those warranties and do not replace their actual terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between the Site and your installation agreement or warranty documents, those documents control.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Submit false or misleading information through the contact form;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or the networks connected to it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, any user account, or our systems;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect information from the Site without our prior written consent, except for search engine indexing;
• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, photos, product images, layouts, and code — are owned by Pure Water Co or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use and for the purpose of evaluating our products and services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Your Submissions

When you submit information through our contact form, by email, by phone, or by text message, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant Pure Water Co the right to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

If you share feedback, ideas, or suggestions with us, you agree that we may use them without obligation or compensation.

8. Communications and SMS

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the full terms of that opt-in — including message frequency, carrier charges, and how to opt out — are described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

9. Third-Party Links and Products

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, manufacturer pages, social media, or review platforms) and may reference products manufactured by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and a link or reference does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites and products is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Water Co disclaims all warranties with respect to the Site, whether express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

This disclaimer applies to the Site itself. It does not waive or limit the warranties that accompany the water treatment products and installation services we provide, which are set out in your installation agreement and in manufacturer documentation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Water Co and its officers, employees, contractors, and installation partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in this section affects the remedies described in a signed installation agreement or manufacturer warranty.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pure Water Co and its officers, employees, contractors, and installation partners from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site; or (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@getpurewater.co and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We believe most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication, and we commit to making a good-faith effort to do so.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access could cause harm to Pure Water Co or other users.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any installation agreement you sign with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure Water Co regarding your use of the Site.
